Ducan Industries offers a limited twenty-five year warranty on the frame, springs, mechanisms and workmanship on its Recreational Vehicle products. Ducan warrants the above to be free of defects that will substantially detract from the usefulness and appearance of the above under conditions of normal use and ordinary wear and tear for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover upholstery fabrics, strapping, or foam unless there is a specific warranty separately issued for the fabric and foam.

If a defect covered by this warranty exists, Ducan will, at its sole option, repair such defect, replace any defective part, or replace the product without charge (except for transportation as stated herein) within the warranty period. Repair by outside parties without prior authorization of Ducan will not be reimbursed.

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and applies only as long as the original purchaser owns the product. All warranty service must be accompanied by proof of purchase by the original consumer.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary between jurisdictions.

To obtain service under this warranty, please report any problems to the retailer from whom you purchased the coach along with proof of purchase. The retailer will contact the manufacturer or Ducan for service arrangements. If service must be accomplished by Ducan under this warranty, it will issue a return authorization to your retailer and arrange to pick up. Ducan will absorb all transportation charges between the RV dealer and the servicing Ducan plant. Transportation expenses which might occur between you and your retailer will be your responsibility and are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty covers only conditions resulting from the normal use of the product for its intended purposes. This warranty is for private use only, not commercial, rental, or industrial use.
