Controlling the construction of frames and other manufacturing inputs allows us to tailor our products to the unique performance requirements required in high-use wear and tear residence environments.

From 5/4” kiln dried hardwood frames to metal frame area seating, Ducan Industries Inc. manufactures expertly tailored seating for any kind of use. Using fabrics that meet standards such as the Wyzenbeck Rub Test to Moisture Barrier state-of-the-art fabrics, we have the capability to meet the seating needs of Residence Life.

Bedding Products include:
Spring Mattresses and box-spring combinations
Space age foam mattress combinations

Once again, Ducan Industries Inc. controls the construction of many of the raw materials that go into our bedding products. We manufacture our own spring coils to ensure that each spring mattress core provides the utmost in support and performance.

Whether it be spring or foam mattresses, we are able to produce mattresses of every type that meet many individual specifications such as California Technical Bulletin 129 or NFPA 701. Call us to discuss your needs.

Two quilting machines, including our newest addition, a wide-width (126”) machine – can produce all of your “on the bed” requirements. Ducan’s own virgin polyester quilt fiber, produced in various weights, is combined with many mill-direct fabrics to produce our bedding products. Fabrics that are inherently flame rated are necessary in many Residence applications.

Various styles of valances are available from soft pocket valances to hard wood upholstered fiber and foam-padded valances.

Curtains using flame rated fabrics and lining allow you to control the amount of light that will enter the room. We also have a complete line of blinds available.
