Our own craftsmen produce Ducan frames using the finest hand-selected, kiln dried, 5/4” hardwood in order to prevent cracking or warping. Heavy gauged Sinuous Steel springs are used to provide deep seating comfort. Leggett & Platt Heavy-Duty commercial sleeper mechanisms are used. Luxurious, high-resilient foam wrapped in Ducan’s own virgin polyester fibre will give you the utmost in performance and comfort. High fashion fabrics will suit any of your design requirements.

By being able to manufacture our own coils, Ducan Industries Inc. is able to control the quality and dependability of our mattresses. We use 13 gauge and 13 ½ gauge coil count core (based on double) and encase it in six or eight gauge border wire; all cores are tempered in our heat chamber to ensure top performance. Various qualities of mattresses are available.

Foam mattresses and foundations are also becoming a more popular item in the Industrial Housing area. We are your source for all of your bedding requirements.

Two quilting machines can produce all of your “on the bed” requirements. Ducan’s own virgin polyester quilt fibre, produced in various weights, is combined with many mill-direct fabrics to produce bedspreads, duvets and pillow shams. Our own Ducan pillow fibre provides lofty resilient comfort for our pillows as well.
