We purchased a pre owned 1999 Citation, the previous owners did not order the Hide-A-Bed and Chair, so these items were installed for us at a later date by Ducan Industries of Lethbridge, AB.  We would also like to bring to your attention that Clarence Taal and his staff at Ducan Industries did an excellent job and their service was second to none!  It was a pleasure to deal with them!

We decided that the bed in our Fifth Wheel needed 4" of foam on the top of the mattress, and were directed to Matt Woelders, Vice President of Ducan Industries in Lethbridge, Alta.  Imagine our surprise that he understood our need for wider bedspread, added a strip of material to it, and did so on the same day!  Most companies are not so accomidating.  We can see why you get your furnishings through them!
